Mind is a local system that reads Noah's photo archive: not captions, but a structured perception of each image in his own visual vocabulary, plus the visual “rhymes” it finds between images. Below are five frontier-model reads at full fidelity — every field the system stores, and the nearest images it pulled toward each one.
The violet block is the interpretive layer — the system's inference about lineage and why an image holds, offered (and correctable), never asserted as fact. “Rhymes” are real vectors (DINOv3 = structure/form, SigLIP = meaning) computed here within a small 40-image test set, so the neighbors are drawn from these forty, not the full archive.
